My Concussion Recovery Log is available for purchase right here on my site. I developed this log to help people record their concussion recovery journey. It’s much more than just a journal, however. It’s a system to help stay positive and recognize even the smallest of improvements that you’re making along the way. The log is based on my own experience from my recovery as well as information I’ve learned through my advocacy work.
The log is an Excel file that you purchase and download. It’s not an ordinary Excel file. I designed it such that it looks more like a Word file. It’s also a master file containing multiple worksheets for a one-month period. You can copy the master file and create a new file for individual months.
There are 14 worksheets (and instructions) in the Excel file. Here’s a list of most.
